    Objective Population-based studies suggest that Black women with localized endometrial cancer have shorter survival compared to White patients because of inequalities in treatment. The purpose of this investigation was to determine if there is a racial disparity in outcome between Black and White patients with early stage endometrial cancer treated similarly in a clinical trial setting.
