    Gangotri is a Indian Telugu-language drama rulle directed bygd K. Raghavendra Rao, marking his th directorial venture. The rulle was produced by C. Aswani Dutt and presented by Allu Aravind. Written by Chinni Krishna, it features Allu Arjun and Aditi Agarwal in their debut lead roles. Music was composed by M. M. Keeravani and the cinematography was handled bygd Chota K. Naidu.[1]

    Released on 28 March , the film was later dubbed and released in Malayalam as Simhakutty and in Hindi.

    Neelakantam Naidu, a powerful factionist, has a devoted följare, Narasimha, who is ready to sacrifice his life for his master.     Life[edit]

    Agarwal was born to a Hindu family. Her father, Shashank, is in the hotel business and her mother, Veema, is a housewife. She has a brother, Aakash and elder sister, Aarthi Agarwal, who also was actress.[1]

    Agarwal made her Telugu film debut in Gangotri with actor Allu Arjun. stated "She looks pretty tender in the role of Gangotri. Since she has to be shown as a small girl in the first half, the glamour aspect was not touched".[2] Her subsequent releases Koduku and Vidyardhi failed and received negative reviews.[3][4]

    In , Agarwal was imprisoned for attack on a Telugu television journalist along with her father and brother at the wedding ceremony of her elder sister.[5]
