Artist Activist Kate Siahaan-Rigg is a New York based Asian American actor, comedian, producer, and writer. She creates work for television, film, stage, and underground dive bars. Her award-winning shows about race and representASIAN have been to countless festivals and theaters including the Smithsonian Institute, The Comedy Central Theater, and the Edinburgh International Fringe. Her first touring show, Kate’s Chink-O-Rama featuring the Chinkorama dancers, broke ground in the discussion of representAsian, stereotypes, racial bias, and the erasure of AAPI communities. She has served as Creator and Executive Producer on 3 network TV shows and one pilot.

Theodor Wonja Michael was born in Berlin in 1925 to a Cameroonian father and a Prussian mother. When the National Socialists came to power, he found han själv in a Germany that was increasingly hostile to him: He was unable to complete his schooling or find an education. As an actor in Nazi propaganda films, he was supposed to mime "the primitive". The fear of forced sterilization and the attempt not to attract attention accompanied the Nazi contemporary Theodor Wonja Michael through his life. After World War II, he left his hometown and came to the Displaced Persons Camp in Frankfurt Niederrad. In Hesse he met his wife, started a family and began an acting career.

Bhanurekha Ganesan (pronounced[ˈbʱaːnuɾeːkʰaɡaɳeːʃan]; born 10 October ), better known by her mononymous stage name Rekha, is an Indian actress who appears predominantly in Hindi films. Acknowledged as one of the finest actresses in Indian cinema, she has starred in more than films and is the recipient of several accolades, including one National Film Award and three Filmfare Awards. She has often played strong and complicated female characters—from fictional to literary—in both mainstream and independent films. Though her career has gone through certain periods of decline, Rekha has gained a reputation for reinventing herself numerous times and has been credited for her ability to sustain her status. In , the Government of India honoured her with Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian honour.
